We welcome you to our wedding in Ogmore by-sea! On this page you'll find everything you need to know about the wedding. Thank you all for responding!

All of the ceremony seats are taken, but we would love for you to join us for the evening (from 6pm) with drinks and dancing, if you can make it!

About the venue

Please join us on Saturday 18th March 2023 at Cobbles Kitchen and Deli. Our ceremony begins at midday, with food, drinks and partying until 11pm!

Cobbles Kitchen is housed in a gorgeous 16th Century, Grade II listed barn on the fringe of the spectacular heritage coast in the heart of The Vale of Glamorgan.

If you have reserved a place on the minibus, please be at St Mary's Church (Taxi Rank) by 10:15am. Please bring £10-£20 to chip in for the bus if you haven't already PayPal'd us.

The minibus will pick you up from Cobbles at 11pm to take you back to Swansea.

  • 11:00 Venue Opens / Guest Arrival
    Glass of Prosecco, bottle of Peroni, or 0% Prosecco/Asani provided on arrival.
  • 12:00 Wedding Ceremony
    Join us as we tie the knot and celebrate 10 years together!
  • 13:00 Photoshoots
    Enjoy beautiful melodies from Bethan Nia while we get drinks and photos by Francesca Hill in the beautiful countryside of Ogmore-by-Sea.
  • 14:30 Wedding Breakfast
    Tuck in to a two course sit-down meal, courtesy of the renowned Cobbles Kitchen.
  • 16:00 Cake Cutting & Toasts
    Following toasts, savour a slice (or two) of incredible lemon and blueberry sponge cake, by esteemed pâtissier Lucie Sudbury.
  • 18:00 First Dance & Live Music
    Our first dance as Husband and Wife, followed by live music from JayCee that's guaranteed to get you up and dancing!
  • 18:45 Evening Buffet
    Before the night gets going we'll be serving a mediterannean style buffet with local meats, cheeses, breads, seasonal fruit and veg, and sweet treats!
  • 20:00 After Party
    Help us celebrate with all of our favourite tracks (and dodgy dance moves).
  • 23:00 Venue Closes

The menu

Starters

  • Creamy tarragon mushrooms served on garlic sourdough toast (vegan)
  • Pork and Sage warm soft yolk scotch egg served with asparagus and lardons

Main Courses

  • Roasted cauliflower steak with a creamy herb mashed potato, seasonal greens, and a white wine sauce (vegan)
  • Prosciutto wrapped roasted chicken with thyme baby new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a creamy pesto sauce

Dessert

  • Lemon and blueberry semi-naked wedding cake (non-vegan)

Allergies & Special Requirements

Please let us know if you've any allergies or special requirements so that we can inform the staff at the venue. We can arrange vegan or gluten free options if needed.

Things to know

Dress Code

We'd appreciate it if everyone would dress in smart attire. Please wear any colour you want, but if you'd like to match then go for black, white, and green.

We'd appreciate it if instead of giving gifts, everyone would consider donating to a charity on our behalf 🫰.
